This one-day, hands-on workshop introduces participants to the fundamentals of cleaning, preserving, and cooking freshwater fish. Participants will learn safe and effective techniques for cleaning, filleting, and preparing fish for storage and consumption. The course also explores freezing and smoking methods, ensuring participants can enjoy fresh-caught fish safely and sustainably.
